All orders are packaged using industry leading Whiplash mailers. Shipping includes a tracking number, shipping insurance and a sticker!*

ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders typically ship out within 24 hrs except on Sundays and US Holidays.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will ship to arrive as close to the release date as possible. Please check the product page for status updates. If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, all items will be shipped together upon arrival of the pre-ordered items. Please place a separate order for in-stock items if you want them to ship immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes and duties. We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

*Exceptionally large orders or box sets may require the use of packaging other than Whiplash mailers. Included shipping insurance provides up to a maximum of $200 in coverage. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
In the off-chance your item is lost or received damaged, please use our contact form to let us know so we can file your insurance claim.

RETURNS
New, sealed records and unworn apparel can be returned within 30 days if still in same condition. Unsealed records, worn apparel and any items that are marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. Items returned without prior request and approval will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
